Scandihouse Limited (Reg. No. HE 493114), Limassol, Cyprus, is the studio behind the apps Clara and Blockr. This policy explains how we handle information across our website and our apps. You can reach us any time at support@scandihouse.co.
Our approach
We make paid software, not advertising. We do not sell your data, we do not run third-party ad networks, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. We collect as little as we can to run our apps well.
Information we process
- On-device data. Several features — such as Clara's label scanning and Blockr's screen-time controls — run on your device. Where possible, that data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Purchases. App Store purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We receive Apple's transaction records to confirm your purchase; we never see your full payment card details.
- Diagnostics. We may collect anonymised crash and performance reports to fix bugs and improve reliability.
- Support. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details only to help you and to keep a record of the conversation.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@scandihouse.co and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
Changes
If we update this policy we will revise the date above and, where the change is significant, note it in the relevant app or on this site.
